Administrators will want to get the most out of all the pictures sitting in their computers. To help them do this, we have developed the "Photo Lineup." Pictured above is the end result of a system wide search for individuals meeting a given description. Pictures viewed here are untouched, scanned images from old photographs. A digital camera with proper lighting also provides good quality images. A Lineup can be printed without names, for witness identification, or with names, for the officer's file. The witness paragraph and signature area can be changed to fit user needs.

The photo lineup feature is available as an option on the Justice main screen. After selecting the lineup feature, the user is given the opportunity to provide information ( Age, Height, Weight, Sex, Race, Glasses, and Facial Hair) to narrow the number of pictures selected for the lineup. Text printed below each picture can be changed by a user before the Lineup is printed. Pictures available to the lineup are the same pictures viewed while in the Master Name application.

After a preliminary group of pictures are selected, the user is given the opportunity to preview, sort and select a final group of pictures before the Lineup screen is actually composed. Pictures on the Lineup screen can be clicked and dragged to any position or deleted and replaced with other pictures not selected in the final step. The screen above is the final Lineup view, just before printing.
